Who is Himataro?
Himataro is a character created by Japanese artist Decoboco (Emi Onoda), first born from a doodle in 2019. Though he looks like a little bear, Himataro is actually a ball of fuzz from a wool sweater that rolled away, drawn by the smell of something delicious. He and his friends spend their days in gentle, unhurried moments, a nostalgic little world meant to remind us of the value of slowing down.
